Returns and order Cancellations will be charged a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs back to the manufacturer. Order cancellations or changes must be made the same day the order is placed and before 1:00 P.M central standard time, call us for a Return Authorization Number if you need to cancel your order. No returns on electrical parts. Returns must be made within 30 days of the date the order was placed. Returned items must be new, unopened in original box or package, resaleable and include original invoice. Part number on box or package must not be covered or tampered with. We are not responsible for damage that occurs during or after the installation of the parts you purchase.
Shipping and Handling

Shipment By UPS: We ship via UPS Ground in the continental US.
Delivery Time: Allow 7-14 business days for delivery of non-backordered items in the continental US. Faster shipping is available for an additional charge.
Consolidated Shipments: Entire orders will be shipped together if possible.
We do not ship outside the continental U.S. or deliver to P.O. Boxes. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur to packages during shipment. UPS does not require a signature for residential deliveries. Therefore, if the customer is not present packages will be left at the front door. Powersports Company is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen after delivery to the customers address. For every order over $500.00 we add a $5.00 fee to cover the UPS charge to have a signature required at delivery, this fee can be waived by customer via email if they choose.
We have partnered with Bongo International to offer our international visitors the ability to make purchases from our website. Bongo International provides it’s customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box). Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases at Beaver Dam Honda Kawasaki. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system where you can consolidate them with other orders. This process saves international customers up to 82% off typical international shipping rates. International shipping takes longer for delivery then shipping within the U.S. |

Filling backorders: Backorders will be filled before new orders when the backordered items become available.
